Delivery and returns

Free shipping in France and the EU for orders over 300€ of purchase. Free shipping in the countries outside EU for orders over 500€ of purchase. All orders are dispatched from France from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Shipping costs depend on the weight, volume and delivery zone of the products ordered. If you can't find your country from the list of available countries, contact us here and we will provide you a personalized shipping quote.

Items shipped to France and other EU destinations will usually be delivered within 2-5 working days. Add 3 working days for shipments outside the EU.

Return Policy : you can return items within 14 working days of receiving the order. The returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. For more information, please refer to our delivery and return conditions.
