Our signature cushions and mattress toppers, hand-dyed one thread at a time. 100% premium cotton, grown in West Africa, dyed and woven in our workshops in Conakry, designed in Paris. Every stripe, every hue is unique — no two pieces are ever exactly alike, and that's precisely where the beauty lies.

A fabric with a story to tell

It all starts with the cotton. West African cotton, chosen for its organic texture and how well it holds up over time. It then passes through the hands of our dye artisans in Conakry, who work bath after bath to achieve those deep, slightly irregular hues — the Tensira signature. Then comes the weaving, on traditional looms, gesture after gesture, until the fabric gains its full density and character.

The result: an incomparable touch, both soft and textured, that you won't find in mass-produced fabrics.

Certified, and made to last

Our fabric is OEKO-TEX certified — a guarantee for what touches your skin and your home every day. And despite what you might expect from a handcrafted piece, it washes beautifully. Our table linen, for example, only gets better with every wash: the colors patina, the fabric softens, and each wash reveals a little more of its character.
