This year marks a significant milestone for Tensira as we celebrate our 15th anniversary. To commemorate this moment, we are thrilled to unveil our new Rive Gauche collection, a line deeply inspired by the world of legendary designer Yves Saint Laurent.
The collection is soon available online for our professional clients and will be launched on the e-shop this spring. Please note that some references and products will be exclusively reserved for professional clients.
Our Artistic Director, Tuulia Mäkinen Diallo, whose fashion journey began as a student and led her to work with prestigious brands like Jean-Paul Gaultier and Roger Vivier, draws heavily from Yves Saint Laurent’s influences. This collection, which honors his remarkable legacy, particularly his work from the 60s and 70s, brings together elegance, style, and timeless sophistication.
The Essence of Parisian Elegance
The Rive Gauche collection takes its cues from the artistic and cultural soul of the Left Bank of Paris. The soft pearl grey tones introduced in the collection evoke the quiet elegance of this renowned part of Paris, while also reflecting the charm of a typical Haussmannian apartment—characterized by intricate mouldings, stately fireplaces, and towering ceilings. The pearl grey is woven into Tensira’s signature stripe, creating a contemporary yet classic look.

A highlight of this collection is the exquisite vintage rose, a soft and delicate shade that has been exclusively developed by Tensira’s master dyers.
