For this iconic collection celebrating Tensira’s 15th anniversary, the inspiration for our Artistic Director Tuulia Mäkinen Diallo comes from the world of Yves Saint Laurent. Tuulia began her career in fashion, first as a student, before joining prestigious companies such as Jean-Paul Gaultier and Roger Vivier. Yves Saint Laurent was a defining figure in her journey, and this collection pays tribute to him, particularly his influences from the 60s and 70s.
Tensira, since 2009, has been dedicated to the design and creation of home linens and fashion accessories made from the highest quality OEKO-TEX certified cotton sourced from West Africa, emphasizing sustainable luxury.

Dusty pink and Tensira's signature blue
In this collection, you’ll also find delicate touches of vintage rose, a shade exclusively developed by Tensira’s dyers by hand. This rose contrasts beautifully with Tensira’s signature blue, which also evokes the Majorelle blue from Yves Saint Laurent’s house in Marrakech.
