Tensira, Paris since 2009

Parisian design, Nordic spirit, handmade to last

Founded in Paris in 2009 by Hamidou Diallo and Tuulia Mäkinen Diallo, Tensira designs home textiles that pair Parisian refinement with the simplicity of Nordic design. Stripes, checks, indigo: our signature patterns are classics made to be mixed freely and placed where you least expect them.

Every piece is woven, dyed and finished by hand in our own workshops in Conakry, from OEKO-TEX® certified 100% cotton. Our indigos come from plant-based pigments. Rare craftsmanship, responsible production, pieces built to last.

“Where true beauty inspires more beauty.”

Discover our iconic pieces, starting with the topper that made our name, filled with natural cotton or machine-washable recycled microfiber.
